"I have been a State Farm Insurance (auto, homeowners, condo, umbrella liability) customer for over 60 years. I have had many State Farm agents during that time. The Mike Livesay agency is one of the worst agencies I have ever had. I have experienced policy errors, poor response times, no response to requests for "call backs", etc. When I first started with this agency, I was very pleased with the service I received from one of his agents. This agent is longer there and the support staff I have dealt with since then are either poorly trained or just don't care...."
