"I initally had a good experience with Tabitha - until I realized that she quoted me with Drive Safe, which I will not be using. When I called to provide opportunity for correction I was given the run around and unable to soeak to someone. I called Staye Farm customer service who was also unable to assist. So I called and got a policy elsewhere without a tracking device and very transparent pricing. Prior to switching, I had a 5 year telatiinship with my previous insurance provider but the supposed savings was significant so I made the change only to find it a sham. When I finally spoke to someone for cancellation only my renters not my auto was actually cancelled. I called State Darm customer service and hopefully it is actually cancelled and payment will not be automatically withdrawn. I am holding my breath as apparently misreprentatuin is the name of the game. Just give all the facts. I Drive in Greenville South Carolina traffic every day. I have had a hard break on interstate 85 when someone literally came to a stop I will not put a tracker in my car."

I understand your concern with Drive Safe and Save - while it is a free tool that many of our customers choose to use for additional savings, it is absolutely not required. We want our customers to feel empowered and in control of earning additional discounts if they choose. Even those customers who aren’t always the best drivers , still earn discounts from using it. I apologize you feel you had to have it and that you found it difficult to remove. I’m also sorry to hear about the confusion that led to your auto policy getting cancelled instead of your renters policy. That should never have happened and we will use this experience as a training opportunity to help us improve. Tabitha is a wonderful member of our team. She has been in the insurance industry for over 17 years and is a valuable part of our team. Her customers adore her knowledge and caring relationships she has with them. She is known for her kindness, knowledge, and genuine care for her team and customers. While I understand you have gone a different direction, I hope one day you will give us another chance so we can earn your relationship back and show you what so many appreciate from our team.
