"I have been a State Farm Insurance (auto, homeowners, condo, umbrella liability) customer for over 60 years. I have had many State Farm agents during that time. The Mike Livesay agency is one of the worst agencies I have ever had. I have experienced policy errors, poor response times, no response to requests for "call backs", etc. When I first started with this agency, I was very pleased with the service I received from one of his agents. This agent is longer there and the support staff I have dealt with since then are either poorly trained or just don't care...."

Introducing me to the bundle & save policy is a life saver for my family at this time. Aunto, life and disability coverage well under $180 a month is excellent! (Adding safe drive device to your vehicle saved even more money each month with no penalties) Constantly communicating; from calls, texts, email, and postal keeping me updated on all my options.
